If you have lasting issues you may want to get a second opinion and use that doctor's assemement for a settlement. It's a strange nomenclature, they define it as percentage of a man. So if you lost an arm, it would be defined as 40% of a man lost or something and that would equate to $X. A busted wrist could be around 10% loss and get $10-20K. I'm totally spitballing from very few situations so take it with a grain of salt.</p></blockquote><p></p>
