i ordered something from the Netherlands to Germany, Overnight Express. The company i ordered uses Express Saver, which means it should be here til now, well...obviously it's not. My question is: The Tracking says "The package was left in a UPS facility. / Delivery rescheduled.", but this was 12 hours ago. It seems that nothings happens, which freaks me out a bit, since i really looked forward to give this present tomorrow. Is this normal procedure, or could it be they somehow really forgot my packet? I tried to phone them, but i give up usually after 30 Minutes, on Mail there is no responding.
