He has been a constitutional lawyer in Utah and Washington, D.C.</p><p>Raul Labrador, a newly elected Latter-day Saint in the U.S. House, is a native of Puerto Rico.</p><p>Educated at Brigham Young University, he received a law degree from the University of Washington.
