Message: <blockquote data-quote="UPSmechanicinblue" data-source="post: 6137456" data-attributes="member: 28826"><p>Im off today and vaca next week.  Then I have 1 week to finish up.  Yesterday was  rear springs on a muddy rusty dusty package car.  It for sure reminded me it's time to go.  I was sore after lifting around those heavy springs,  There is no way to stay in the so called power zone, you twisting and turning and bending.   I am fine today but hanging around to long I just know there will be a time I wont recover without medical intervention.   That last statement is for others close to consider.  It see so many limping around bad knees over the years- not that all had a choice but if you do please consider that.</p></blockquote><p></p>
