Message: <blockquote data-quote="vantexan" data-source="post: 5197514" data-attributes="member: 24302"><p>As it turns out the hospital financial department just told me due to my income and not living with my wife since mid 2020(so they aren't including her income), there's a good chance that the bill can be completely written off.  And you should understand something.  Due to so many now being diabetic and so many with heart disease it's very difficult to get disability for having either unless you're truly disabled.  Seriously disabled.  My neuropathy has progressed to the point I can't stand for hours or climb ladders, etc so might now get it but most likely would have to jump through hoops for a year or more to get disability.  If I do at all.  And $600,000?  On what planet?</p></blockquote><p></p>
