Permits all 9000 of them are sitting there waiting for the applicants to take them and go drill for oil. Why not? And don't go blaming the administration because it has fulfilled it's requirements. From that point onward it's up to the oil companies to take those permits and drill. Why haven't they? Once again it comes down to the strategic plans set forth in it's forward guidance. And that guidance plainly states that the industry refuses to operate in the unfavorable market conditions of the past. Conditions the industry itself created.</p></blockquote><p></p>
