A rare news conference yesterday with Biden. Look at just two responses.
Question 1)"You mention the word inflation there. You recently said you have no short term answer to bring down gas prices. But as you know, it's not just gas prices. Now rents are up, the cost of everyday items are up, inflation in the US is at a 13 year high. So when specifically, should Americans expect those prices to come down?"
Biden:"Well, look. First of all, the significant reason why prices are up is because of COVID affecting the supply chain. I mean, I know, I'm not trying to be instructive. I know you know this. Number 1. Number 2, if you take a look at, you know, gas prices and you take a look at oil prices, that is a consequence of thus far the refusal of, of Russia or, or the OPEC nations to pump more oil."
Can somebody tell Biden we don't need Russia or Saudi Arabia to pump more oil because we, the United States of America, are energy independent. We have enough oil. We were selling our surplus oil overseas and making money under Trump.
I think Covid has been in play for a while. Last year, there weren't any supply chain problems. Somebody tell Biden we didn't have the supply chain problems a year ago. Covid is not why now.
We didn't have any inflation, did we? We had plenty of energy, didn't we? Yes.
Biden lives in the Ozone. He is so detached from reality. What he says is just gibberish. It makes no sense.

How do you convince Republicans, and even some Democrats, to get behind more spending if they look at this conference and say China isn't meeting these global goals? Russia doesn't intend to meet these global goals. India doesn't plan to. Why should we?"
