No he wasn't, historically horrible economy the last year of Trump
The last year of Trump's presidency started with a historically booming economy. By the time he left office we were in full blown recovery mode from the Chinese attack, regaining most of the losses from a worldwide pandemic thanks to the Trump administration's miraculously fast development of a vaccine. The vaccine rollout and economic recovery were on autopilot when sloppy joe was installed.

Of course, just like Barack Hussein, Biden's left wing policies slowed the recovery. That's not surprising though, it's not like Joe is really in charge....

I think the $550 billion is what the Washington Post is saying is the “nearly half” of the bill that’s new spending. CNN’s “new federal investments in America’s infrastructure” wording is definitely unclear.
