Fact check any numbers talking heads give you. The nominal tax rate is 35%. The effective tax is closer to 19% on average and oddly enough the richest pay less than 10%. Nominal tax and effective tax are two vastly different numbers. Any candidate is going to paint the rosiest picture for you. They'll use nominal every time.</p></blockquote><p></p>
