&nbsp; If only our return to 19th century technology were accompanied by a&nbsp; return to that era&#039;s respect for liberty and belief in Western&nbsp; Civilization. But we were on our way up then; as Barack Hussein Obama&#039;s&nbsp; election made clear, we&#039;re headed the other way now.
