Simple. The agenda handed to him by Coulter, Limbaugh and the rest of the conservative pundits who impact his policies  first called for massive tax cuts for the wealthiest Americans followed by the repeal of the ACA. They got the part that really mattered to them. The part that materially benefited them and since they failed to repeal Obamacare and Trumpcare  was proven to be a con the wall just didn't matter much to them anymore especially now that Mexico told them to go pound salt when it comes to Mexico paying for the wall.</p></blockquote><p></p>
