No interstate highways unless tolled at the state line Utilities would be fine too if all  remained in state . The need for specialized medical procedures were all done in state. No goods and services went beyond state lines. No out of state students could attend college. State national guards could not be federalized at a time war. People suspected of having an infectious disease could be stopped and turned around at the state All food is grown and inspected instate. And the great part is the individual states can do this all by themselves without that annoying injection of federal dollars.</p></blockquote><p></p>
