1) Part-time to Full-time Package Driver

2) Cover Driver

3) Sat. Air

Approving Supervisor this includes ONLY FT or Manager.

3rd being HR

What do you me picked up papers to go driving ? Did you sign a bid that was posted ? Either for a specific route, air driving job, or just wanting to drive ? If yes and if you have the seniority than you get the position. Then you have pass a road test ? then they send you to driving school and again you have to pass. then you have to make your 30 days ?

If you didn't sign the list it doesn't matter how much seniority you have the people that signed the list get the positions.

Also if have any moving violations in the last 12 month, or more than 2 in the last 3 years, or a DUI or reckless driving in the last 5 years ?

Go talk to your shop steward.. It's pretty obvious that you are not telling us everything....

Perhaps the lead sup (whatever that means) didn't think he had the authority to sign off on your paper work. Like others have said take it up with your steward and or business agent and a center manager.
