They need to know that it takes 5 years to get to that rate. Imagine making $21 an hour for the same work if not more since most new people will get the crap routes more often than an 5 year driver that has the seniority for an easier route which still isn't easy.  It's a rough road to get to top rate.  Let alone the inside guys making 1/3 of that and only getting 4 hours a day. The public has no idea. The media twist isn't helping either.</p></blockquote><p></p>
