FedEx is under different laws/regulations than UPS. The only dip:censored:s are the people who can't seem to grasp that. That and the topped out employees in 2010 who were resistant to a union when we still had a chance of getting one. Oh well. I once directly appealed to his office about some crazy shenanigans I was dealing with. His personal secretary contacted me and asked some questions. They circled the wagons around management at the time but later the senior was demoted and an ops mgr was fired. I gave 29 years on the clock to his company so Fred will always be a part of my life. Was a tough lesson to learn that a job that seemed at one time was going to be a good deal was really just a bait and switch operation that was all about making money at our expense. Only those who are truly desperate for a job should work for them now. With low pay and no benefits it's just a placeholder until something better comes along. If I wanted to do this kind of work today I'd go with Amazon if I couldn't get on at UPS. Just line them up and knock them off.
