Maybe something similar to the prison system, except instead of being forced to go to prison like convicts are, you would be free to leave whenever, you would just lose your welfare benefits upon leaving.Also there would be rules like allocated hours per week that you would be allowed to leave and job search, see family members or do other things like go to funerals and other things like that.I think if we had a welfare system like this, less people would stay on the crutch that is welfare and actually work at improving their lives and careers.</blockquote>
