I would say any offer approved by the international has a very high percentage chance of passing, no matter what you or I think. If 22.4 is gone, forced 6th day punch is eliminated, PVD is addressed, part-timers are taken care of, this national contract will pass. I have heard some issues with some supplements as well as there’s still two supplements  I don’t believe are finished. Could be the fly in the ointment</p></blockquote><p></p>
