I also agree that if you fail to come to work and don't notify management, unless under extreme conditions, you don't want to work here and should be fired. As a steward, I can't defend an attendance problem in most cases. I just can't agree to give the company the power to strip seniority from a guy no matter what they've done. There seems like an obvious "slippery slope" with this power, and if you give UPS an inch, they take a mile.</p></blockquote><p></p>
