I wonder if anyone told him that he would have to pass a drug test as part of the driver application process. From what I understand they also believe that daily use of the weed is part of the religious process also.
I hope he loses this suit, big time. He is (as we all are) free to believe and practice our religion as we see fit. But NOT AT WORK. This is not religious, or any other type of discrimination.

I see a driver in our building (different center, so I don't know him) who has a big, bushy beard and wears some headgear/turban-type thing. I've never asked, but I assume he got some kind of religious exemption...
