Message: <blockquote data-quote="DELACROIX" data-source="post: 6054059" data-attributes="member: 49065"><p>What I saw during those times was a minority being promoted in order to fire another minority that the Company wanted to get rid of.  The same principle was applied to female managers, I could also accurately predict who was going out the door and when.  These Companies just promoted DEI to protect themselves, any criminal or fraudulent behavior would never be investigated because of the race or gender of the person in charge.  Like you said these stuff has been happening for decades.. they just played like they truly cared about anyone’s rights, especially minorities and women.</p></blockquote><p></p>
