But that choice is solely at the discretion of the employee. I had worked a job at one time where we had that option. Most of the time I took the money. And the time off was scheduled just like vacation or pto. And the unused comp time was paid out at the end of the year less the allotted amount to carry over.</p></blockquote><p></p>
