I went to an interview today for a FT Dockworker w/CDL. I obviously have my doubles/triples endorsement but have never pulled doubles before. I was told that I will have to hook up a set and pull them on my road test next week. I know that it's not rocket science but I figured I would test in a 53' and get training on doubles later. I explained that I never pulled doubles before and was told to read up on it. I will watch some videos on coupling/uncoupling. Does anyone have tips? Is testing in doubles common at UPSF? Thanks.

Stupid question time-------how can you have your endorsement if you never performed that part of the job?
Because to get the endorsement you only have to take a written test.

Stupid answer time-----Simple, you go to the nearest DOT facility, take a test on a computer and BOOM, if you pass, you now have your doubles/triples endorsement.
