IMO the message is we as the union value a new hire or a somewhat new hire the same as someone who has worked 10 years. No matter how you want to argue it that is a simple truth. Years of service has always had a monetary value and now it has even less with this contract. Again I don’t think I should be paid anymore than what the free market determines is fair. I just can’t vote for a contract that devalues my years of service.</p></blockquote><p></p>
