Your comments about wanting to to be classed differently doesn't make since to the discussion.There has been and always will be people who make significantly more or less pay as a pt worker. Years worked has almost always had a monetary value attached to years worked until this contract. Not having a top pay as a pt worker creates that environment. I am and will continue to be paid different because of years of service. As the pay of the workers varies so much. It isn’t about being classed as something other than being a pt worker. It’s about valuing a ten year worker more than a recently hired worker. This contract has changed that dynamic significantly.</p></blockquote><p></p>
