It's not broadcasted, you just have to ask.  There's a reason why folks with no degrees start so low on the pay scale. Once u get your degree you have a reason to give them for a pay adjustment.  It's literally a couple of clicks the manager has to do on Workday for the pay increase which gets submitted to the DM to approve or deny.  They changed the process years ago to make it that much easier. Folks just got to open their mouth and ask.</p></blockquote><p></p>
