Do you not understand the difference between me saying “equal pay for equal work” is me saying me and the 22.3 guy next to me who has been here the same many years I have gets $15 more an hour while I’m in overtime for doing the same job I started at $8.50, worked to $10 and they raised starting wage to $10, same happened when I got to $15 and now same happened to $21.Then SOB is going around and saying “it’s time we take care of the long term part timers” and I end up getting $1… that $1 I got back in the day for becoming pick off certified, which they took away once they rose starting wage to my wage again</blockquote>
