Their feelings are that they spent the majority, if not the entirety, of their career in Feeder working their way to the run they want by working all those nights. They sacrificed their home time in order to have the job that would not  wear them out as they got older. The idea that company seniority could replace the system we have is very unpalatable to them. That they would loose ground after decades of being secure in their spot is horrifying to them. Now, they don't stand a chance if all it takes is a simple majority to change it seeing as there are far more Package drivers than Feeder drivers. But, going forward, if that is what needs to happen, then red circle the heard and implement it for all incoming friend/t people. That would be fair.</p></blockquote><p></p>
