Looking back at 93 when the   Seniority structure was changed and giving back vacation and layoffs for those transferring into feeders there was absolutely no givebacks at all or concessions to the company because the company did not want to be involved in that type of seniority dispute ,it was between the membership .</p></blockquote><p></p>
