Ask yourself why is the company having to do the MRA in the first place. Labor pool? Competition? City? State? Etc.. Economy’s are complicated in a small area now add a whole country! My point is, if you have language that doesn’t allow the flexible MRA, do you think it’s going to stop the complaining? Even if the Union gets what it wants it’s not going to stop because the country looks different financially and the nature of the part-time job.</p></blockquote><p></p>
