Are the problems in the Chicago area with Management due to the fact that it's a big union stronghold or is management the ones causing the union to step up? We get supes in our center from bigger hubs and it takes them awhile to mellow out after all the hardline dealings with the union. Don't get me wrong, we still have grievences filed and guys hauled in the office with the steward present but every second isn't us vs. them. It's a game of survivor. If you play it right that same supe could be eating out of your hands.</p></blockquote><p></p>
