Everybody knows the system is corrupt, been that for decades. What I am seeing is all those people groups that benefited from those DEI directives are worried about their positions of power. We are now seeing these Corporations cutting the HR departments and their salaries, there are going to be less redundant executive positions to choose from. The ones that are screaming the loudest are the same ones that know that they really can’t compete without a DEI directive in place. The educational system has failed them by allowing a two tier college entryway solely based on their skin tones. Add that to cultural bias and liberal pandering we now have many generations of slave mentality. The Democrats have been fostering this since the end of the Civil War and when Obama got in he basically set racial relations back 20 years. Face it he was a well spoken racist much like Biden, skin color mattered more that character It has nothing to.with genetics..I remember years ago when a 20 something African American woman who happened to be working as a part time security guard asked me to track two packages for her. To my amazement she started to quote them without any reference. I asked her how she did that and she replied that she has always had that ability. The fact is she was far more qualified to attend Yale or sit on an executive committee than the highly educated white men that occupy most of those positions.
