For the first few months, it was my concern what happened for my legal cases. Once those were won, it didn't matter . I was able to prove to the judges that I had been more than fulfilling the tems of the contract, and proved that I was actually an employee, and proved that all my drivers- both former and current- were actually fedex employees. I'm not angry at you or fedex, I just think that 90% of the time, you clearly know nothing, and seem proud of it. You keep 'assuming' things about people, and so far, every assumption is wrong. Someone needs to tell you that all the participation trophies and certificates you got as a child really do NOT make you special, no matter how much you believe it. I didn't lose ANY money in 'my' lawsuit. I was awarded about $25k by the state, and won over $40k in the national class action. All the legal costs were paid by fedex. You just keep proving that you pull BS out with no knowledge, proving your ignorance.
