Sunday/Monday Sort

A preloader in the NA district for reference. Was originally M-friend sort but am currently Tue-Sat sort for peak.

So now that we're in peak season, how does the 6/7 day work week work? Is there overtime or double time hourly pay for coming to work a 6th and 7th day respectively as incentive, or is it all straight time? And if there is overtime/double time, does it stay the same after 5 hours?

You'd have to check in your supplement. In mine(Southern) it's time and a half for 6th report and double time for 7th report. So First report Sunday as the start of the pay period, Friday is time and a half and Saturday would be double. If you didn't work Sunday but Monday to Saturday then Saturday would be time and a half.

As far as after the 5 hours that would normally go to overtime pay for PTers I believe it doesn't change on the 6th punch as you're already on overtime, same as 7th as you're on double time, but I could be wrong and it's probably something area specific.
