Supervisor Help Declined, Substituted For. Grievable?

I agreed to driver help for a supervisor. But when I asked where to meet him after preload, I was told he declined my help and was given in-house cleaning duties at top-ground rate instead. Is this grievable? And if so, what should the outcome be? Cheers!

I'm pretty sure you're subject to be paid for the amount of hours he was on road. So if you only worked 4 to 6 hours inside and he worked 12 hours on a route, you'd be missing out on that pay.
