MrFedexI feel like I share in the profits, but it requires me to share in the risk as well. Is that a team member, cog in the machine, or a business partner? Or is it a completely subjective matter based on the individuals definition of fair compensation? If it is not subjective, then what is the basis from which objectivity can be discerned?
