So if you work beside another driver and you both are at top rate, what would you do if the company decided to start paying the other driver ten dollars more per hour? Obviously this is hypothetical but I think you might understand what I'm talking about...Selective union members only? The union is ok with this? What other rights can we give away?
@MECH-X-LIFT rts’d his. Been nice working with himI can't see how they could make that stick, I mean out of all sent out I'd bet at least 10% or more never made it to the correct people.
But you have to apply for it.The way I see that, come July 31st, if you don’t revoke, you’re leaving.
If you go into the port hole, you have to apply if you want the buyoutWhich part? Actually going into the portal and not making an option or not going anywhere near it?
Agreed, but this language here is weirdIf you go into the port hole, you have to apply if you want the buyout
Go revoke it?Agreed, but this language here is weird
“This applies even if you do not submit a DVSP Separation Agreement and General Release or revoke your acceptance of the DVSP
Separation Agreement and General Release.”

Or revoke but not making a decision is a decision and separation if you started the clock by entering the portal. If you go into the port hole, you have to apply if you want the buyout
The FAQ on that site has 414 frequently asked questions?!?Been to the buyout site. Seen multiple driver's personalized offers.

Part time (and it looks like non union time?) years all count.
I haven’tGo revoke it?
Even if you didn't apply?

The way that looks is that if you didn’t apply, you really don’t have to worry about it. Which would make sense.
I didn’t applyThe way that looks is that if you didn’t apply, you really don’t have to worry about it. Which would make sense.
That’s asking you if you want to revoke your application if you didn’t make an application, there’s nothing to revoke
You should be fine then.I didn’t apply
That screenshot that @IVE GOTTA PACKAGE 4U posted has somebody already entering the portal and I’m assuming creating an account- the language says no action is needed but that screenshot that bottom posted contradicts that statement. No action is a decision. You should be fine then.
Because in the two week decision. It says you can apply and revoke as many times as you want and you didn’ever apply so no need to revoke.
If you go on the eepoint website can you get into FAQ or do you have to create an account to get to the questions?if you did apply, you would’ve gotten some sort of confirmation email like @bottomups posted
Nevermind you have to create an accountIf you go on the eepoint website can you get into FAQ or do you have to create an account to get to the questions?
Is it possibleBro read the statement it makes a distinction between applying in the portal and accepting vs revoking- Looking at it doesn’t do anything but the last paragraph says if you don’t go into the portal and revoke you are agreeing to separate. Did you read this?!?View attachment 526755
That’s it I haven’t been inside the portal so that language applies only to the secondary document that you received after you fill out an application. So not going into the portal has nothing to do with that language. Appreciate the clarification! Is it possible
You are filling out a document titled 'application'. If they accept your application you will no longer work at UPS. Sometime after submitting the application UPS will send you a secondary document titled 'DVSP separation agreement and general release'. Wether or not you accept the terms of the secondary document you no longer work at UPS.
