I say that, the Bible is the Jews book. They authored it, as a group. Some say the original Knowers were called Darvishes (or Dervishes) in Arabia. Making them the... G.roup O.friend D.ervishes Or in alcoholics anonymous they call themselves the: G.roup O.friend D.runks Others might say it could be: G.roup O.friend D.octors Whatever the case may be, I know enough to realize I would never know unless I researched the origins of every religious text ever written and I just dont have the desire to Know, to that degree. I studied alot of religious stuff when I was younger out of curiosity, but thats about it. Some Rabbi's argue the dogmatic end of scripture, perhaps to intentionally bury the truth and create a sort of Divine Justice, other Rabbi's argue that the moral of the Bible was. "If you're looking for Perfect, you're going to have a very lonely life. And whenever I'm in doubt of that I ask myself, 'What would Jesus do?' And then I realize; Jesus got Crucified, so maybe His decision-making skills weren't really, all that great. That is a deeper philosophical take on it for sure but can be applied to anyone in mankind. Of course, a religious person will be much more likely to shut out the obvious 1.) Lack of Perfection, and 2.) Adaptability of Crucifixion to all of mankind. I have my philosophies though and am not out to take anything away from anyone. Im more of a "each to his own" kind guy. But since you asked, thats some of my take on it. Whenever I think about people misusing religion to justify criminality, I think about this guy, talking pompously-polite, but obviously guilty as hell And hes hardly the only one. But this is why I cant take religious institutions seriously.
