That’s not Kamala Harris’ fault, is it? Who does the buck stop with? Local police? The mayors? Governors? The president of the United States? She shed light on a fund to let people out on bail because in America you are innocent until proven guilty and she’s been around long enough to know that there were innocents swept up in the arrests who were not guilty of anything other than maybe breaking curfew. She’s never called for an outright defunding of police without using some funds for social services that would do the work of preempting future crime.</blockquote>
