But, if we think we make a better point by being personally rude to others I can tell you that it dilutes the topic at hand and creates animosity. All of us UPSers can have strong feelings and we normally do because that's the working conditions we face daily and I think it shapes even the most passive employee into a more aggressive mindset but we need to move forward and forget about dead arguments now.
