The truth is the older workers slow down more than their experience compensates for. My most productive drivers are young guys with about a year in. You aren’t learning much new after 6 months, by then you should know all the shortcuts and techniques that you’ll ever use in this job. You think it’s worth it to beat up your body and cause lasting injuries because the money is good at UPS, I disagree. It’s an entry level job that workers should move on from.</blockquote>
