That is a tremendous amount of power. Not everyone can handle that. So with that power comes great responsibility. I feel cops should have endless training. They should be evaluated by a phycologist throughout their career. On top of that they should be required firearms training , free of charge, for their entire career. Not qualifying once a year but constant training throughout a year on top of a once a year evaluation. They should be given a lot more funding. These people are so important when it comes to having a peaceful community. So stop cutting their budgets and burning these guys out. No one wants to address that. You hear about constant budget cuts which means less officers for a larger area and less oversight. We need to treat them like we treat the military. Man I just typed a lot on my phone wtf. LolAgain one cop doesn&#039;t make them all bad.
