Or just an outright lie.  It's just like North Korea setting up a makeshift town near the border that isn't even inhabited. Or like the Chinese building a school and throwing som kids in it and giving a human rights group a tour only to tear it down afte they leave.  It's all a farce. Yes, Cuba has had many break throughs in medical science but to think they are applying it to the average Cuban and not just the corrupt elite communists is just wishfull thinking. Cherry picking?  That's putting it mildly.</p></blockquote><p></p>
