Government has kept people with the money to do it from building a power plant in their back yard. When you falsely claimed that God gave you a constitutional right to build what you wanted on your property if you had the money you must've been thinking of another nations Constitution. It's not ours. Maybe you could start the drive for a constitutional amendment for property rights to rid ourselves of imminent domain.</p></blockquote><p></p>
