They used to have paintings of monks, with ink dipped quills, spending their entire lives translating. I like to think that when Jesus was dying on the cross and He looked to the heavens and said....."Father, forgive them for they.....".   I would like to take from that  He was calling  God in heaven, Father ,which would make him the Son of God. I believe we are all children of God. It's faith and there's no 'splainin' to someone who may not have faith.  Good luck with your quest.</blockquote>
