The company has on many occasions been selective about whom they force to take a lunch and whom they don't. The standards should be the same for everybody.  The company has always taken an hour pay out of employees total hours worked each day in our area, even if you didn't take the lunch. Since you work in a bonus center they let you work without taking the lunch and you get paid for all hours worked, and you get extra pay if your computer said you are under allowed for the day. Where's the equality in that? If the contract calls for a lunch break to be taken it should be taken by all employees nationwide, so that we are all working by the same standards.</p></blockquote><p></p>
