The Republicans did not vote for that bill because there was a lot of other things stuffed in it and it was a partisan bill. And they said it would be inflationary and it appears they were right.I am grateful that the Democrats passed it. But it is important to remember it was a Democrat president that deregulated the trucking industry that caused the central states to be in debt many years later., so essentially they were only fixing the emergency they created.</blockquote>
