Message: <blockquote data-quote="vantexan" data-source="post: 6022678" data-attributes="member: 24302"><p>Are things carved in stone?  Overturning Roe was based on a case brought before them about whether a state had the right to control abortion in their state.  They decided in the majority that abortion should have never been taken from the States based on the Constitution.  That Roe was an incorrect interpretation of the Constitution.  The result?  There is still abortion available in most of the U.S.  But States that don't want it in the extreme forms that advocates want, anytime for any reason, can insure that doesn't happen.</p></blockquote><p></p>
