Message: <blockquote data-quote="vantexan" data-source="post: 6101972" data-attributes="member: 24302"><p>Are you certain about that?  It was determined he faced possible harm if deported to his home country, El Salvador, and I don't know if asylum was finalized but he was at least in that process when ICE grabbed him.  The administration admitted it was a mistake but say they have no control over it now.  If he is returned it's likely he'll get asylum based on what he was just put through.</p></blockquote><p></p>
