All he has done is make countries know they can just wait out any tariff that is put on them. I think back to what my mother used to to say about raising a child. She said never threaten to do a punishment and then not go through with it because after a couple times your child will not even pay attention to your threats. I think we are at that point with Trump’s tariff threats.</p></blockquote><p></p>
