Now any upser even someone like me could see that with amazon building a DC in every neighborhood that it was a matter of time before they started moving more of their own packages.  UPS leadership should have also recognized that once covid died down they could probably expect to see their volume levels die down some too. now maybe ups will streamline and then try to rebuild but right now they look like they have a lot more pain before they get to that point.</blockquote>
